Fees published openly. You know what the work costs before the first meeting — and what you receive for it. No mandate, no commission, no fine print. The initial conversation is free: I establish what your situation needs and whether working together makes sense.
Which mandate applies to you follows from your circumstances. I confirm it in the initial conversation, before you commit to anything.
The standard case: one or two pension providers, a home you own or rent, retirement within the next ten years. For individuals and couples.
When there is more at stake: investment properties, several pension funds, self-employment or a shareholding, cross-border situations.
I am building this practice from the ground up and want to sharpen it on real cases from the start. I am therefore taking on the first five mandates at CHF 1'800 instead of CHF 2'800. In return I ask for one thing: written feedback that I may show on this page in anonymised form. After that, the regular fee applies.
The fee is fixed before the first meeting, not estimated after it. You pay a fixed price for a defined outcome: the finished report and the meeting in which we discuss it. If an analysis takes longer than planned, that is my risk and not your invoice. And you never pay according to the size of your assets or through product sales — my fee is my only income.
EXCEPTIONS
If your situation falls outside this framework — several companies, residence abroad, an estate still being divided — I will say so in the initial conversation and quote separately. That is the exception, not the rule.
Not included are the implementation with banks, pension funds and insurers, the preparation of your tax return, and the management of your assets. On request I will set out the criteria you need to compare portfolio management offers properly — the implementation itself deliberately stays with you.
