This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website, in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG).

‍What data I process
Contact form: When you use the form, I process the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message — solely to respond to your enquiry.
Appointment booking: To book an initial consultation, the Calendly service is embedded on the contact page. The data you enter there (name, email, chosen time) is processed by Calendly to schedule the appointment. Calendly LLC is based in the USA.
Server log data: When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and time of access. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The site is hosted via Webflow, Inc., based in the USA.

‍Purpose of processing
I process your data to respond to your enquiries, schedule appointments and operate the website securely — and, where enabled, to analyse website use anonymously.

‍Disclosure and processing abroad
I do not sell data. Processing by third parties takes place only through the processors named above, as far as necessary for operation: Webflow (hosting, USA), Calendly (appointment booking, USA) and, where applicable, Plausible (web analytics). As some providers process data abroad — notably in the USA — I rely on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the revDSG (such as standard contractual clauses).

‍Retention period
I retain data from enquiries only for as long as necessary to handle your matter and to comply with statutory retention obligations, and delete it thereafter.

‍Your rights
Under the revDSG you have the right to information about the data processed concerning you, and to its correction or deletion. You may also object to processing or have it restricted. To do so, contact me at info@FRAdvisory.ch.

‍Data security
I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
