‍What data I process
Contact form: When you use the form, I process the information you enter (name, email address, telephone number (optional) and your message) solely to respond to your enquiry. The information is transmitted via Webflow to my email inbox, which is operated by IONOS in Germany. Appointment booking: The Calendly service is embedded on the contact page for booking an initial consultation. When you open this page, content is already loaded from servers of Calendly LLC (USA), and your IP address is transmitted to Calendly. The data you enter when booking (name, email, selected appointment) is processed by Calendly to schedule the appointment.Server log data: When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and time of access. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The website is operated via Webflow, Inc., based in the USA.

‍Purpose of processing
I process your data to respond to your enquiries, schedule appointments and operate the website securely.

‍Use of AI tools
‍I may use AI-based tools for professional research, for the drafting and wording of texts and documents, and for quality assurance, specifically services provided by Anthropic PBC, based in the USA. I do not enter any information that identifies you, in particular neither names nor contact details. The content entered is not used by the provider to train its models.

‍Storage and backup
‍I keep correspondence and documents in the cloud storage service iCloud operated by Apple, including automatic backup. The provider is Apple Inc., based in the USA; data may be processed on servers outside Switzerland.

‍Disclosure and processing abroad
‍I do not sell data. Processing by third parties takes place only through the service providers named here, and only to the extent necessary for operations: Webflow (hosting, USA), Calendly (appointment booking, USA), IONOS (email provider, Germany), Apple (file storage and backup, USA) and Anthropic (AI tools, USA). Where data is processed in countries without an adequate level of data protection, in particular the USA, I rely on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the FADP, such as standard contractual clauses.

‍Retention period
I retain data from enquiries only for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations, and delete it thereafter.

‍Your rights
Under the FADP, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data processed about you and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over to you. You may also object to the processing or request that it be restricted. To exercise these rights, please contact info@fradvisory.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
